Everybody Loves Halifax

I'm not sure, which is creepier, Kali being evil or Kali trying to look like she's being nice.
That's a lie. I know perfectly well she's scarier trying to be nice. She is also an awkward bitch to draw like that, because her face is long and thin, and it has been so long since we last saw her in her present-day form with anything other than an anguished sneer on her face that a smile looks utterly alien on the front of her head. Although not so much, I suspect, as it would on the back of her head.

The view of Halifax's front garden that I created during the Laurell Milk arc finally came in handy, after it got buried in that one behind Laurell and two layers of rain.
This also marks one of the few times in recent memory that we've seen the couch vacant, since Vince or Michael Howard are usually lazing around on or near it.

DAVID'S DVD EASTER EGGS:

Depending on the light, Halifax's front door can look either brown or red. At least, that's our story and we're sticking to it.
Shakra's mushroom beanie has, in the first three panels, been PotatoShopped onto his head. The original artwork shows him with hair, but it was later decided that his hair was too long to have grown in the intervening period since we last saw him. The hat was added as a patch to cover this while his hair grows to a satisfactory length.
