Picking Scabs off Old Wounds

No backgrounds today, except the recycled one off the previous strip. There was so much text covering the panels I decided to go with my tried-and-tested 'progressively darker backgrounds to build tone'.
Gah. This comic was pretty much a bust. The script's too wordy by far, the art is pretty mediocre (there's two repeated panels) and the layout's so horrible the best art I did has the smallest panel. The final panel was terrible when I pencilled it. Inking improved it slightly, and colouring a little more. I'm glad the wordiness of the build-up to the punchline meant I had to scale the two figures down.
Best bits: Kali screaming her lungs out; horribly wonderful punchline.
Worst bits: everything else.
