non sequitur: Dead Piro Halifax Day #1

I've been busy the past couple of days with attempts at getting a new job - I had to spend all day in the City setting up stuff with an agency. The bottom line is, there's no comic for the 23rd -- but rather than leave a huge hole in the update schedule I figured I'd be incredibly original and make this a Dead Piro Halifax Day.

Since I was bitching in the last rant about having to crop a lot of stuff on the last strip, I thought I'd use my favourite two elements from it to make a poster design in the same style as the old Soviet propaganda posters I've been using as reference for the Russia flashbacks. The writing, according to a web translator, says 'Shit Happen.' I wasn't sure if Russians add an 's' to denote plurality or what, so I just decided to leave it in the basic form -- after all, since it's really a cultural phrase anyway, the concept of the 'Shit Happens' motto would probably have a completely different version in Russia.
