DR Williams
Fun fact: Tara was originally supposed to be black, but when I came to colour in her first appearance it looked terrible. It's pretty much only in the last couple of months that I've been happy with the way I colour black people.
Of course, the colours in Year Zero were all over the place anyway -- I muted almost everything down at the start of Year One.
