Unfinished Sympathy

We shouldn't make fun, because Police Community Support Officers do a very valuable job, above that of traffic wardens and just below that of lollipop ladies.
I'm joking, of course. I have no idea what they do. I didn't even hear of them before this strip and I had to find out what their uniform was. It's kind of like the police uniform, in the same way that the mentally handicapped kids who collect shopping trolleys outside supermarkets wear a uniform that's kind of like the ones the cashiers wear.

I'm just offending everyone today, aren't I?
