Two's A Crowd

My biggest problem with this was the inking on the first panel that went everywhere because my hands were shaky. And then again, having said that, it doesn't look so bad when I look at the final strip. Recently I've been trying to play with blank space a lot more, and I like the way it worked in the first panel there. Yes, it's also because I'm lazy.
Can you spot the CGI scratches? (At least, insomuch as anything is CGI when all the colouring is done on a computer. Not that there's anything wrong with that.) The scratches in panels five, seven and eight were all added in PotatoShop, since I forgot to draw them on the actual artwork. (When Shakra had his bald head for a while I kept forgetting to put the stubble on it and ended up with a PotatoShop file with it in so I could quickly add it if I noticed it missing.)

There was a big gap between the last narrative strip and this one (not including the Hallowe'en one as it was more of a one-off.) We were both busy. We'll try to keep up, but writing decent scripts and doing decent art actually takes a while.

DAVID'S DVD EASTER EGGS:
Any minute now, Shakra will discover some Germans are visiting his establishment and despite his head wound he will try to speak to them. He might mention the war. Maybe he'll get away with it.
