I think I could be in danger of being misread here, really. It's not supposed to be funny in any kind of conventional sense, more as an extended homage to manga.
It's made to be read right-to-left, and the text is horrible on purpose because it's meant to look like a fan translation. This is my 'Kill Bill', except less epic and with less action. And less good.
