The Russian spoken by Landlordski should be roughly accurate, in the same kind of way as if you were to look up each word you wanted in an English-Russian dictionary and transcribe it directly. Which is, um, what I did. (Except it's not all in block capitals, because I forgot everything I knew about Cyrillic.)
